Gluten-Free Goats Wonder Yogurt

I use this yogurt most days. Not by the bowl full as it’s not cheap but I’m happy to pay for quality when it delivers like this.
It’s simply delicious on its own or with a little bit of fruit, honey and nuts a favourite breakfast dish for me.
It’s also great as a dipping sauce , with mint or coriander, sea salt.
It makes a great salad dressing or mayonnaise alternative by simply adding seal salt, olive oil and even a little garlic.
It’s also a great replacement for cream or creme fresh in dishes as long as you don’t boil it, it won’t split. In fact there isn’t anything I have thrown at it yet that it hasn’t risen to the occasion for.
THE GOOD STUFF
– gluten-free
– GM free
– no added thickeners or sugars
– suitable for vegetarians
– no added ingredients
– probiotic
– full of friendly bacteria beneficial to help a healthy digestive system
I buy it in Waitrose and Tesco but I’m sure its available in lots of other reputable independent stores as well as other national grocery stores 🙂

A lot of people who are lactose intolerant can actually digest goat’s milk. I love goat’s cheese, I need to go on a hunt for some goat’s milk yoghurt and test it out!
This is the best I’ve tried and now only eat goats yoghurt and almond or goats milk. I feel much better for it and it tastes better!
