Green Rocket Fuel Juice

photo-230

I’ve named this juice, Green Rocket Fuel as for me this is what it is.  I can quite happily have this in the morning and not have a coffee. Which still astounds me.  I love coffee and previously thought I couldn’t function without it.

Made with baby spinach, apple, pear, ginger and mint is really refreshing and delicious to taste. Unlike many of the green juices I tried and experimented with before coming up with this combination.

It was suggested I blog some of my previous green juicing attempts, purely for the comical aspect of how they looked and tasted ..ugrh..similar in one instance to eating compost (I’d imagine).

But as one helpful juicing expert advised keep going with green juices until you find something that works for your tastes and this certainly scores full points in taste for me.

I didn’t just enjoy this juice I loved it, so thought I must share.  It is not a revolutionary green juice but a delicate  combination of ingredients that work and leave you feeling totally refreshed.  With the added bonus of being full of immune boosting healing, highly nutritional ingredients, see the good stuff below.

I love that you can laugh about your mistakes! I am not patient enough to use a sieve; I am grateful for my juicer & VitaMix!
