If this anit-inflammatory busting juice could speak I’m sure it would say something like ‘hell yeah its good to be alive!’.
If you ever need to start your day with a power boost, need something to help prevent or sooth inflammation and want a juice that will leave you feeling anything is possible then this is the juice to do it.
So I have been experimenting again with my juicer and this is now another firm favourite and one I hope you’ll enjoy too.
Bursting with flavour and a fantastic energy boost this orange juice could re-define orange juices, dare I say so myself.
Makes one generous glass of juice
Place the following in to your juicer:
- 3 x oranges (ideally organic)
- 1 x 1 inch of ginger root (ideally organic)
- 1 x 1 inch of turmeric root (ideally organic)
- 1 x apple
- 1 x celery stick
Notes: This juice is best enjoyed immediately. One word of caution turmeric can stain but apparently can be removed with lemon juice.
